Those Who Violate their Oath of Office Must Resign or be Impeached by Paul E. Vallely

Sadly, we have seen them violate their oath. Fraud, lying, and corruption are rampant and some have engaged in treasonous activities, and they effectively thumb their noses at us and have sold you to the highest bidder.

The Declaration of Independence states: “To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism. This is the current battle we Constitutionalists face and we must be aggressive in our efforts.

Notice, I have eliminated the terms of liberal…conservative…left and right as they have little meaning in today’s battle for our Country.

My emphasis in this article will be on Demand Resignation by the people of this country.

The oath is simple and reads:

“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

  • For politicians, this pledge THING, is akin to wedding vows, like Bill Clinton or Edwards took. Just go through the act, it is ceremonial after all, in their minds, for the simpletons, the citizens of America, to just go ahead and say the words and take the power and move on.

    What is hilarious is that Hitler took efforts for affirmation and took it seriously whereas the TALK goes on and on about the vote of the people here in the “United” States only to have the individuals do as they please once they achieve political office. Is this right? NO! But it continues. It continues with someone who will not provide, proof positive, a physical birth cirtificate! Proof Positive is a SIMPLE legal term whereby one provides the document in question, freely, to be handled in person by those of the questioning party and be looked at by experts!

    The question is, will the Republican Party just take up where they left off and ride on the backs of disgruntled awakened Americans? THEY are doing it now. The Republicans like Mc Lame is in this camp, saying ANYTHING to stay in power.

    Perhaps MUCH “tea” should be dumped by the “Indians”!!!
