If this were Canada or Europe, crushing a right-winger would be a snap: all you have to do is haul him before a “human rights tribunal” (packed, of course, with ultra-leftist judges), accuse him of “racial hatred,” and off to jail he goes.
With the Obama administration leading the charge, multicultural elites are joining forces to silence conservative Fox News commentator Glenn Beck. It’s time for Americans of all political persuasions to fight back against this blatant attack on the Constitutional principle of free speech.

We used to think, “it is the economy stupid.” The real underlying problem of ALL of our national problems is, “It’s the Constitution and Founding Values, Stupid!”
The only thing on the horizon which has any chance of reining in an out of control government, is the passage of the Enumerated Powers Act, HR 450. This Act would require Congress to begin each bill or section of each bill with the clear Constitutional Authority that they relied on to authorize the bill.

When submitted the Petition,along with any remarks will be sent directly to your US Senators and Congressman - You don’t even have to know their names. Then - JUST AS IMPORTANT - email the link to Patriots In Action to all your friends and family. There has to be an explosion of Petitions for Congress to even consider the Act.
Many who went before us have sacrificed too much for us to allow our Constitution to be shredded and ignored by our elected officials, who are violating their oaths of office!
