Video: Obama and Mexican Reconquistas

Clip from "Conquest of Aztlan" shows the late Miguel Contreras as he called for amnesty for illegal aliens and bragged about the Latino takeover of L.A. unions. Obama spoke at the Miguel Contreras school on March 19, 2009

Minorities 31% of work force at county level

"I would bet once they have a critical mass, people tell their cousins and nephews," James Harris, president of the New Jersey chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

Morris County’s government agencies are six times more likely to hire minority workers than local municipalities. They also have a higher percentage of minorities than the county population as a whole.

Those are among the findings of a Daily Record survey looking at minority representation in government. Minorities comprise 31 percent of the county work force compared to 5.4 percent in local towns. Morris County has a 23.5 percent minority population, according to the latest 2008 U.S. Census estimates.

John Bonanni, the county administrator, said county agencies have a broader range of jobs than municipalities. And while those agencies require employees to live in the county, they draw from a broader pool of applicants than towns.

“Other than that, I have no explanation,” Bonanni said. “We strive to hire the most appropriate candidates.”

An analysis of county documents reveals African-Americans have by far the largest representation among minorities in county agencies:

• African-Americans make up 3 percent of the county’s population but hold 19 percent of the county government jobs. They hold just 2 percent of municipal jobs. They make up 10.5 percent of the county’s protective services, a category that includes law enforcement officials such as Sheriff’s officers. In Morris County towns, they comprise just 1.7 percent of protective services jobs.

• Latinos, who comprise 10.6 percent of the county’s population, hold 8.6 percent of county jobs and 2.9 percent of municipal jobs.

Bad News Baseball: Yuma Scorpions’ American-Born Players Displaced By Imported Colombians

As the first matter of business, the Colombians fired the Scorpions’ manager, the coaches, trainers, clubhouse attendants, ground crew, and all the American players—a total of about 50— and replaced them with their own personnel including two umpires. Presto—Colombian players displace Americans.

With the major league baseball season a little more than one-third completed and with the All-Star Game voting underway, the biggest stories so far have taken place off the field.

Specifically:

  • One of baseball’s highest visibility players, Yankee Alex Rodriguez, exposed during spring training as having used banned substances, e.g., steroids, missed several weeks from a hip injury. But when Rodriguez returned to the Yankee line-up, teammates and fans alike welcomed him as if he were a conquering hero.
  • And in what could be the most absurd incident in baseball’s long history of less-than-brilliant moves, another steroid abuser, the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Manny Ramirez, is on the verge of being elected to the starting National League All-Star team. What’s remarkable is not only that the fans who vote for the All-Star players apparently don’t care if they are dopers—even more amazing is that Ramirez could be an All-Star starter even though he will have missed more games (50) because of his drug violation suspension than he will have played.

Meanwhile in Yuma, Arizona— literally 2,500 miles from the Bronx but figuratively ten million miles away baseball-wise—an astonishing development occurred two weeks ago that has negative implications for young, aspiring American baseball players for decades to come.

The Yuma Scorpions, a team in the Golden Baseball League, signed an affiliation agreement with the Colombian Professional Baseball League that resulted in the abrupt termination of the careers of many American hopefuls.

Golden Baseball League Chief Executive Officer Dave Kaval, [email him] a Stanford MBA, said the league still owns the Scorpions. Kaval described the Colombian league transaction as a standard affiliation agreement, on par with the ones major league teams have with their minor league affiliates.

According to Kaval, it’s the first affiliation contract with a foreign league for any American baseball team at any level.

Pravda: American capitalism gone with a whimper

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their “right” to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our “democracy”. Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different “branches and denominations” were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the “winning” side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the “winning” side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

Germany Considers Putting Brakes on EU Power

Germany's highest court is currently considering whether the Lisbon Treaty is compatible with the country's constitution. The issue raises serious questions about where the limits of European power should lie.

g

Last Tuesday, the judges at Germany’s highest court learned just how difficult it is to have the last word in Europe. The Federal Constitutional Court in the southwestern city of Karlsruhe had hardly begun its hearing on the Lisbon Treaty when a higher power — the European Court of Justice — intervened. The Luxembourg-based rival court’s demonstration that there are no limits to the Eurocrats’ claim to power — was spread by whispers through the German courtroom.

The European judges had just given their blessing to the enactment of an EU guideline. It relates to new data storage rules, which now require that telecommunications companies throughout Europe keep telephone and Internet usage data on file for six months to make it available for criminal prosecutions. The question was: Does such a far-reaching measure need to be approved by all member states for it to come into effect?

The answer from Luxembourg was no. The court’s reasoning seemed bizarre. The judges argued that the issue of data storage is less pertinent to fighting terrorism than to the European single market. And a simple majority — rather than the unanimous vote which would have been required if the measure had fallen under the EU’s crime and judicial affairs pillar — is sufficient to rule on questions relating to the single market.

It’s a cunning line of argumentation which effectively allows the court to intervene in many different political spheres within member countries.

Driver’s Licenses Sold To Illegal Aliens

This clearly presents a national security issue since several of the September 11 terrorists used illegally obtained authentic driver’s licenses to board the planes they hijacked. In fact, the 9/11 Commission said that identification cards—such as licenses—are as important to terrorists as explosives.

Nearly half a dozen Department of Motor Vehicle employees in south Florida have been criminally charged for selling illegal immigrants official state driver’s licenses.

It marks the second time in less than two years that motor vehicle employees in the Sunshine State get busted for selling the coveted cards to illegal aliens. In late 2007 a state employee in the northern city of Tampa got federally charged with 174 counts of fraud, corruption and official misconduct for operating a large-scale enterprise that sold valid driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants for cash. The five employees charged this week worked at the DMV office located in south Florida’s Del Ray Beach. Authorities say they issued licenses to illegal aliens who produced fraudulent passports or foreign visitor forms as identity and proof of presence in the United States.

Each motor vehicle employee has been charged with four felonies, including driver’s license fraud, official misconduct, unlawful compensation and computer crimes. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. Federal authorities say the investigation into the issuance of Florida driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants is ongoing.

Sonia Sotomayor And Obama’s Idea of Justice By Patrick J. Buchanan

The process by which Sotomayor was selected testifies to what we can expect in Obama's America. Not a single male was in the final four. And she was picked over the three other women because she was a person of color, a "two-fer." Affirmative action start to finish.

When you think about it, Sonia Sotomayor is the perfect pick for the Supreme Court—in Barack Obama’s America.

Like Obama, himself a beneficiary of affirmative action, she thinks “Latina women,” because of their life experience, make better judicial decisions than white men, that discrimination against white men to advance people of color is what America is all about, that appellate courts are “where policy is made” in the United States.

To those who believe the depiction of our first Hispanic justice as an anti-white liberal judicial activist, hearken to her own words.

Speaking at Berkeley in 2001, Sonia told her audience, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion (as a judge) than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

Imagine if Sam Alito had said at Bob Jones University, “I would hope that a wise white male with the richness of his life experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a Hispanic woman, who hasn’t lived that life.”

Alito would have been toast. No explanation, no apology would have spared him. He would have been branded for life a white bigot.

Judge Sotomayor will be excused because the media agree with her and she is a Latina who will use her court seat to impose upon the nation the values of the National Council of La Raza (The Race), of which she is a member.

Indeed, she sees this as her mission. Speaking at Duke in 2005, Sotomayor declared: “(The) court of appeals is where policy is made. I know this is on tape, [YouTube] and I should never say that because we don’t make law I know.” She and the audience joined in the laughter.

Who were they laughing at? Americans who still believe the role of judges is to apply the Constitution as the Framers intended and to interpret the law as written by our elected legislators.

In Barack Obama’s America, that is so yesterday.

BNP poll 19.1% in Middlesbrough by-election

VOTERS went to the polls in Middlesbrough’s North Ormesby & Brambles Farm ward yesterday and despite the press smears of the past week, nearly one-in-five of them voted for the British National Party.

f

Here’s the full result:
Len JUNIER (Labour) 549
Michael TRAINOR (British National Party) 175
David CROSBY (Conservative) 131
John HEATH (Liberal Democrats) 63
BNP Percentage 19.1%

Now cast your minds back just seven days to the Irwell & Riverside by-election in Salford. If you can’t remember the figures then here they are again:

Matt MOLD (Labour Party) 606
Steven MIDDLETON (Liberal Democrats)293
Gary TUMULTY (British National Party) 276
Chris BATES (Conservative Party)189
Rob MITCHELL (Green Party) 125
Duran O’DWYER (UK Independence Party) 123
BNP Percentage: 17.1%

These are the results of real elections that have taken place in the last week. The verdict of people who actually went out and voted, rather than just answered a telephone to an anonymous pollster and told them what their political preference might be. Both are solid BNP performances.

Oklahoma lawmakers vote to deport illegal aliens from state prisons

The bill also makes it illegal for private prison contractors to provide housing, care and control of detainees designated as enemy combatants by the federal government.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Legislation that authorizes state prisons to send illegal alien inmates to federal immigration officials for deportation has passed the state House.

The bill would also prevent the government from transferring terrorists from the Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp to private prisons in Oklahoma.

Lawmakers approved the measure Friday and sent it to the Senate for final passage.

Its author, Rep. Randy Terrill of Moore, says the deportation provisions will save the state millions of dollars in incarceration costs. The provisions apply only to illegal aliens who are incarcerated for nonviolent crimes and have served at least one-third of their sentence.

Nationalists seek new EU opt-out

Denmark should be exempt from EU immigration regulations, according to Danish People’s Party candidate

Morten Messerschmidt, a candidate for the European Parliament for the Danish People’s Party, has proposed that Denmark seek permission to be excluded from EU immigration regulations.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/4/43/Danish_Peoples_Party_logo.svg/546px-Danish_Peoples_Party_logo.svg.png

Parliament is currently discussing eliminating the country’s four existing EU opt-outs – including not using the euro – but Messerschmidt says conflicts between the country’s strict immigration laws and the EU’s freedom of movement regulations require a fifth.

‘We can see that there are a number of policy areas where Danish regulations are watered down by the EU. We’ve seen the European Court of Justice get involved in our immigration policy and I think it is important that we stop that sort of thing with an opt-out.’

He said secrecy surrounding new regulations for the free movement of labour expected to be announced by the European Commission this summer meant the opt-out was necessary.
